Recognising the intrinsic spirituality and goodness of every human being, it helps them to develop spiritual awareness, attitudes and behaviours, through a process of lifelong learning.

As a World-wide Family of individuals from all walk of life, the University provides a supportive environment, which encourages spiritual growth by emphasising the benefits of moral and spiritual values.

As a local Family, members meet daily for meditation and spiritual study in Norwich. The main practice is Soul Consciousness and God Consciousness. Self-development is achieved through a positive attitude and lifestyle and service of others. Courses in Raja Yoga meditation, Positive Thinking, Stress Management, Self-esteem and other events are provided free of charge as a community service.
